About the Role

As a Virtual  Assistant, the outcome you provide is to create an outstanding experience for our clients & community, while removing the routine and eclectic administrative tasks from leadership so they can be confident the business is running smoothly and focus on growth.

You will be in charge of a high volume of details and a myriad of tasks…if that sounds fun, here are more details:

  • Execute our client onboarding process via email & Basecamp.
  • Manage calendar including scheduling appointments, handling cancellations and monitoring calendar load
  • Manage email inbox including reading, organizing, respond to and/or forwarding emails
  • Efficiently escalate high profile client requests and requests for speaking offers
  • Coordinate and manage ScheduleOnce appointments
  • Create routine posts, comment, and monitor Facebook & LinkedIn accounts
  • Handle tech issues by hiring a contractor or contacting tech support
  • Create training videos of all assistant tasks
  • Manage overseas virtual assistant and ensure tasks are performed to specified outcomes and on-time
  • Monitor incoming applicant resumes and create a database
  • Direct and/or be willing to learn Ontraport & manage technology integrations
  • Research and book all travel
  • Locate, book, and manage booking bi-annual client events
  • Limited personal tasks such as arranging gifts or personal travel

About the Requirements
  • Relevant experience with references
  • Experience with process management (email, calendar, electronic filing)
  • High-level communicator with excellent communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Native English-speaker based within four hours (4) of Eastern time zone
  • Bonus points: Proficiency in marketing automation software (such as Ontraport, Infusionsoft, Hubspot)

 

 

 

Results Coach who understands how to operate within an Internet-based company and is confident working with corporate, executive-level clients.

  • Support 5-10 clients per month in achieving their specific outcomes
  • Create immediate momentum for clients via a gameplan-setting welcome call
  • Help clients identify blocks that are preventing them from progress
  • Drive clients to use program tools and show up prepared for coaching calls
  • Responsible for building raving fan clients by supporting them in achieving their goals
  • Reinforce our proven method and bring your own talent and skillset to dovetail with what we do
  • Assist with review of client assignments and provide written coaching feedback through our helpdesk
  • Coach with 100% commitment to results within a 30-minute call (no therapy sessions please…)

About the Role

This role will begin as a part-time contractor at 10-15 hours per month with the opportunity to quickly grow with us.

As a Results Coach, your role is to drive client success by ensuring clients are using the tools and coaching available to them and overcoming perceived obstacles so they get the best result possible. Your role is to make sure our clients become absolute raving fans. You will be tasked to coach powerful women toward results and overcome powerful emotions they have not been in touch with for years. You must understand possess the sensory acuity to quickly assess what each client needs to progress beyond her own self-knowledge.

Here are more details:

  • Hold office hours at least twice weekly during daytime hours for clients to schedule their initial welcome “kickstart” call with you and/or their 3-week and 6-week check-in calls.
  • Record all coaching calls via our taping system and via notes
  • Balance leadership team with your amazingly special ability to unlock clients fears and doubts and quickly assess/get them moving toward even better results
  • Escalate client concerns, no matter how insignificant, to fellow team members immediately
  • Review and respond to client helpdesk tickets surrounding mindset, psychological scripts, and other “blocks” that are holding them back
  • Coordinate and manage your own ScheduleOnce appointments
  • Hold everything we do with 100% confidence

About the Requirements

  • Coaching certification and a business background
  • Experience with corporate clients and/or clients in high-stress industries
  • High-level communicator with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to commit to client on-boarding calls within 48 hours of client enrollment, M-F
  • Daytime availability with flexibility & desire to grow with us
  • As an essential member of our team, be available for a weekly team call
  • Bonus points: Experience building coaching expertise within an organization and willingness to share best practices and set the stage future-forward
